Irish Crown is out, and before you go any further, here is your full content and trigger warning list.

I do this for every book because I would rather you walk in prepared than get blindsided at chapter twenty. Nobody has ever enjoyed a book more because they got ambushed by it. If you are the kind of reader who wants to know exactly what is coming, you are my favorite kind of reader, and this post is for you.

This post comes in two halves. The first half is completely spoiler-free. The second half is spoiler-heavy, clearly marked, and you will have to scroll past a very obvious wall to get there. Take what you need and leave the rest.

One thing worth saying up front, because it surprised some early readers. Irish Crown is less physically violent than Irish Oath. There is no on-page torture and no graphic body count. What it has instead is a book-length atmosphere of being watched, hunted, and quietly steered by someone who has been in your life the whole time. If surveillance, invasion of private space, or psychological manipulation sits heavier with you than blood does, this book will land harder than the first one, not softer.

Irish Crown is an adult dark romance. It is explicit, open door, and 18+. It contains a wedding entered under duress, long-term surveillance of a private home, a grown woman being manipulated by a father figure, grief, and the aftermath of a house fire that killed a family.

If you read and were fine with Irish Oath, you will very likely be fine here.

What is not in this book

I think this list matters as much as the one above, so here it is.

There is no sexual violence, no dubious consent, and no non-consent. There is no degradation kink and no humiliation. Every intimate scene in this book is enthusiastically wanted by everyone in it, and the heroine says so out loud.

There is no cheating and no love triangle. Nobody is a runner-up. There is no self-harm and no suicide content. There is no on-page harm to a child and no pregnancy content.

The men in this book never take Sienna's choices away from her. That is not an accident. It is the argument the entire series is built on, and I hold the line on it in every book.

Answers to specific trigger questions

Below are direct answers to the questions I get asked most, for readers who need to know something specific before committing.

These are written to give you your answer and nothing more. I have kept the reveals, the villain's identity, and the plot mechanics out of it on purpose. You can read the one line you came for and skip the rest without learning anything you would rather meet on the page.

Does it end on a cliffhanger like Irish Oath did?

No. Book two resolves its own central conflict and gives you a real emotional landing. There is a forward hook in the final pages that sets up book three, but you will not be left dangling the way book one left you. You can finish this one and breathe.

Is the child harmed, and does it happen on the page?

No and no. A child taken as an infant is a live thread in this book, and he is discussed, but he does not appear on the page, and no harm to him is depicted. If child endangerment is a hard limit for you, be aware the thread becomes central in book three.

Is the marriage forced?

No. The wedding happens under enormous external pressure, and the book sits with that pressure honestly. Sienna chooses it on the page, out loud, in her own words. The distinction between being pushed toward something and choosing it is the whole point of the sequence rather than a detail.

Is consent respected in the intimate scenes?

Yes, without exception. Every scene is enthusiastically wanted by everyone in it. There is no dubious consent, no non-consent, and no scene where a character is talked into something while incapable of arguing. The heroine's ability to say no is never treated as an obstacle.

Does the betrayal by the father figure get resolved?

Not cleanly, and that is deliberate. It does not end in forgiveness and it does not end in punishment. It ends in something colder and more workable than either. If you need betrayals to land in full absolution or full retribution, know going in that this one refuses both.

Does anyone in the main four die?

No. All four of them come out the other side, and the romance is fully intact at the end of the book. The relationship gains ground here rather than losing it.

Is there graphic violence I should brace for?

Not in the way book one had it. There is no torture, no on-page killing, and no gore. The threat in this book is psychological. Weapons are present and violence is discussed, but the dread comes from being watched and outmaneuvered rather than from bloodshed.

Does the innocent bystander who gets used as leverage come to harm?

No. She is threatened at a distance and the danger is real and sustained, but she is not hurt, and her thread is resolved inside this book.

Does the antagonist face consequences?

Yes. There is a clear reckoning and it is satisfying, though it does not take the form readers usually expect from this genre. The ending is not a bleak one.

One last thing
